These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the foraleonara.com website (the “Site”), operated by ZARD GROUP LTD, a Bulgarian limited liability company (UIC 207642785), trading as Fora Leonara (the “Company”). By accessing or using the Site, the user (the “User”) accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms in full. Users who do not accept these Terms must not use the Site.
All content published on the Site — including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, product designs, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of ZARD GROUP LTD or its licensors and is protected under Bulgarian, European Union, and international intellectual property laws. FORA LEONARA is a trademark of ZARD GROUP LTD, with an active international application (Madrid Protocol Serial No. 79436507) designating the United States and other jurisdictions. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or otherwise exploited without prior written consent from the Company.
The Site is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Users agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site; (c) interfere with the Site’s normal operation; or (d) use automated means to scrape or extract content from the Site.
Where account registration is offered, Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fora Leonara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Consumers domiciled in the European Union and the European Economic Area retain the mandatory protections afforded by the consumer-protection law of their country of habitual residence (Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No. 593/2008, “Rome I”). Disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the Site shall be submitted to the competent courts of the City of Sofia, Bulgaria, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction available to consumers under applicable law. EU consumers may also submit disputes through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These Terms of Sale govern the sale of products through foraleonara.com to customers worldwide. The seller is ZARD GROUP LTD (UIC 207642785, VAT BG207642785), trading as Fora Leonara, with registered seat in Sofia, Bulgaria. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms in full.
All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and refuse orders at its discretion. Product photographs and descriptions are intended to be accurate but minor variations may exist due to handcrafted construction and natural materials.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars by default and, where the Site offers multi-currency display, in the currency selected by the customer. For deliveries within the European Union, prices include value-added tax (VAT) at the applicable Bulgarian rate unless otherwise indicated at checkout; for deliveries to the United States and other non-EU destinations, prices are exclusive of any sales tax, use tax, customs duty, or import levy, which will be assessed at the applicable rate at checkout or on import. Payment is processed at the time of order placement through the Company’s authorized payment providers (currently Stripe, with 3-D Secure authentication). The Company accepts major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods displayed at checkout.
An order is considered accepted only upon receipt of an order confirmation email from the Company. The Company reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. In such cases, any payment collected will be refunded in full.
The Company offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Delivery timelines and any expedited options are displayed at checkout. Title and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the address specified at checkout.
For orders shipped outside the United States, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
Fora Leonara stands behind the craftsmanship of every garment. The following return and quality-claim policies apply to merchandise purchased through foraleonara.com.
Customers may return eligible merchandise within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. This thirty-day window exceeds the fourteen-day right of withdrawal granted to consumers in the European Union under Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, which is incorporated by reference herein. Return shipping is complimentary worldwide; the customer will receive a prepaid shipping label upon initiating the return through the Company’s returns portal or by contacting Client Services.
To be eligible for return, products must be:
Items marked “Final Sale,” personalized items, intimates, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within ten (10) business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, the customer should contact Client Services at info@foraleonara.com within fourteen (14) days of delivery. The Company will assess the claim and, where validated, offer repair, replacement, or refund at its discretion.
For size or color exchanges, customers should initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired alternative.
ZARD GROUP LTD (trading as Fora Leonara) is the data controller for personal information collected through foraleonara.com. The Company respects the privacy of its customers and is committed to handling personal information transparently and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation or “GDPR”), the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act, the UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (as applicable to the residence of the data subject).
The Company may collect the following categories of information: contact details (name, email, shipping and billing address, telephone number); payment information (processed through secure third-party payment processors and not stored by the Company); order history; site-interaction data through cookies and analytics tools; and any communications submitted through customer-support channels. The legal bases for processing under the GDPR include performance of the sales contract (Article 6(1)(b)), compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)), legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site (Article 6(1)(f)), and consent for marketing communications and non-essential cookies (Article 6(1)(a)).
Personal information is used to: process and fulfill orders; communicate order updates and customer service responses; deliver marketing communications where consent has been given; improve the Site and the customer experience; and comply with legal obligations.
The Company does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with: payment processors and shipping carriers required to fulfill orders; service providers operating the Site under confidentiality obligations; and government authorities where legally required.
Customers in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions with equivalent legislation have the right to: access their personal information; obtain rectification of inaccurate data; request erasure (the “right to be forgotten”); restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time. Customers who consider their rights have been infringed may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни, www.cpdp.bg) or with the supervisory authority in their EU member state of residence.
The Company retains personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with legal and tax-record-keeping obligations (typically up to ten years for accounting records under Bulgarian law). Industry-standard technical and organisational security measures are employed to protect data in transit and at rest, including TLS encryption and PCI-DSS-compliant payment processing; however, no system can be guaranteed fully secure.
This Cookie Policy explains how foraleonara.com uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to recognize visitors when they use the Site.

Fora Leonara gift cards are available for purchase through the Site and are subject to the following terms.
Gift cards are issued in U.S. dollar denominations and may be used toward the purchase of eligible merchandise on foraleonara.com. Gift cards are valid for thirty-six (36) months from the date of issuance unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Gift cards may only be redeemed on foraleonara.com and not at any third-party retailer or boutique. Redemption is applied at checkout and the remaining balance, if any, is preserved for future use.
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash (except where required by law), and may not be reloaded or replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards are non-transferable beyond the original gift recipient.
ZARD GROUP LTD is committed to operating in full compliance with applicable Bulgarian, European Union, and international laws and regulations governing the manufacture, marketing, and sale of luxury apparel and accessories.
All products are labeled in accordance with applicable textile-composition and country-of-origin disclosure regulations, including EU Regulation No. 1007/2011 on textile-fibre names and labelling; the U.S. Textile Fiber Products Identification Act and the Wool Products Labeling Act; and equivalent legislation in other destination markets.
For products shipped to California, applicable Proposition 65 warnings are provided on product detail pages where required by law.

FORA LEONARA is a trademark of ZARD GROUP LTD, with international protection pursued under the Madrid Protocol (Serial No. 79436507) and corresponding national filings. The Company actively pursues unauthorized resellers and counterfeit operations through civil, customs, and criminal enforcement channels.
