All payments are processed by Stripe, certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. Card details never touch our servers, and every transaction is verified through 3D Secure authentication.
Sessions are protected with 256-bit TLS encryption, the same standard used by private banks.
You can view our prices in your local currency at any time. Charges appear on your statement as FORA LEONARA, never anything else.
For bespoke pieces and large orders, we offer an arranged payment schedule, typically half at commission and half at completion. Write to us to discuss the terms that suit your piece.
Your billing address, payment details, and order history are kept in strict confidence. They're not sold, shared, or used for marketing of any kind.
If anything about a charge looks unclear, write to us and we'll resolve it the same day.
