Returns & Exchange
A piece should feel like it was made for you. If it doesn't, we'll collect it on us and make it right.
You can return or exchange any Fora Leonara piece within thirty days of receipt. Items should be unworn, with their original tissue and box, and the linen-ribboned tag still attached.
Email us at atelier@foraleonara.com with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll arrange a complimentary collection from your home or office, anywhere in the world, with the courier we use.
No forms to fill out. No labels to print. No post office queues. We handle every step.
Once your piece arrives at the atelier and we have inspected it, your refund goes back to the original payment method within five business days, original shipping included. For international orders, any duties or taxes paid to the courier on delivery are recoverable directly from your country's customs authority on request.
If you'd prefer a different size, color, or piece altogether, we'll hold your selection the moment the collection is confirmed. Your new piece ships the same day yours arrives at the atelier.
Bespoke commissions, monogrammed pieces, and items marked final sale can't be returned. Each is noted clearly at the time of purchase.
If anything about your piece feels off, write to us. We'd rather hear from you than not.
