The Window

You can return or exchange any Fora Leonara piece within thirty days of receipt. Items should be unworn, with their original tissue and box, and the linen-ribboned tag still attached.

How It Works

Email atelier@foraleonara.com with your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange. Returns are complimentary. We will confirm the return arrangements and provide instructions for your location before you send the parcel.

Refunds

Once your piece arrives at the atelier and we have inspected it, your refund goes back to the original payment method within five business days, original shipping included. For international orders, any duties or taxes paid to the courier on delivery are recoverable directly from your country's customs authority on request.

Exchanges

Email us with the style, colour and size you would prefer. We will confirm availability and the expected dispatch date after arranging your return. Please contact us before returning an item for exchange.

Final Sale

Bespoke commissions, monogrammed pieces, and items marked final sale can't be returned. Each is noted clearly at the time of purchase.
